Patient Update: Building Access & Holiday Hours
The safety and well-being of our patients, visitors, and team members is always our highest priority. Early this morning, at approximately 3:30 AM, a tragic incident occurred outside our building near the CTA Red Line station. The incident was isolated, and the Chicago Police Department remains on site as they complete their investigation. Our office is open and operating as normal, and there is no ongoing threat to public safety. The building remains safe and secure, and patients can feel confident attending their scheduled appointments. To accommodate the police investigation, we kindly ask that you enter through the revolving doors facing the Plaza, alongside the Royal Sonesta Hotel. Our team is here to assist you upon arrival if you have any questions or need directions. We appreciate your patience and understanding as authorities complete their work, and we thank you for trusting us with your care. Holiday Hours Please note that our office will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of the Independence Day holiday.
